The University of California, Irvine’s Global Asias research cluster welcomes proposals for individual papers, panels and roundtables for their 3rd annual conference to be held 20-21 February 2025 at UC Irvine. “Global Asias 2025 invites submissions that expand our understanding of ‘ Asia” as a region, discourse, and/or process in relation to the “global” or the “globe.”

Panel/roundtable spots will be reserved for members of the Inter-Asia Cultural Studies Society and the Marxist Institute for Research. So, IACS members are especially encouraged to apply and they should indicate their affiliation in the proposal.
