IACS Society Membership
The IACS Society is dedicated to providing its members updates on academic events, fostering scholarly exchange across regions, and organizing academic activities to deepen the work of cultural studies in Asia and beyond.
Membership is valid for two years. The current two-year membership is valid from 1 August 2021 to 31 December 2023. We are aligning membership periods with the start of every other year, hence the slight extension of the current membership period. The next membership period will be from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025. The benefits for members include the following:
- updates on developments in cultural studies in Asia;
- a discount for our flagship biennial conference;
- right to nominate, vote, and run for the IACS Society offices;
- a special rate for an individual subscription to the Inter-Asia Cultural Studies journal (USD$35 per print annual subscript for regular members and USD$20 for student members).
