The Inter-Asia Cultural Studies Society (IACSS) Summer School is held every two years. Each edition is hosted by an institutional partner of IACSS. In the past, Summer Schools have been held in Seoul (2010), Bangalore (2012), Hsinchu (2014), Hong Kong (2016), Kolkata (2018), Kuala Lumpur (Virtual 2022), and Quezon City (2024). The Summer School offers graduate students and early-career researchers and cultural workers whose research and/or creative practice focuses on Asia an opportunity to participate in curated courses and lectures as well as build networks and form friendships with peers from across and beyond the region.
